Is this a good pc and worth the price?

Hi just wondering before i spend £1300 if this pc is good and worth the price "http://www.chillblast.com/Chillblast-Fusion-Nebula-Haswell-PC.html".
My budget was £1200 gone over a little I wanted to build my own but never done it before so I'll pay that little extra to get one built 🙁

Also should i get air or water cooling with it i have a few options i can choose from but these are the best air/liquid 2 there is, I've never had a liquid cooled pc are they any hassle to maintain/clean etc... or should i just go for the Noctua air cooler?

This is pretty much that build. It is more in line with your budget at the cost of building it yourself (which is fun).
This also includes a better version of the gtx 970, and a better power supply.

Can you read and follow picture directions, and use a phillips screwdriver? If so, you can build your own.
