But that mobo has no 3.0 headers, also there is a lot of compatibility issues with that build.

You don't need to change the GPU. You can if you want. The only thing that needs to be changed is the PSU. Thermaltake has hit/miss quality units. Try to get an Antec, Seasonic, or XFX. You may have to pay a little more but it's worth it for a reliable unit.

There is an Aztec about the same price but 500w, is that enough?

The quality popular brands and models are: Antec, Corsair (TX, HX, AX), EVGA 2's (B2, G2), Seasonic, Superflower, and XFX. Rosewill does make some good units but they are still going to cost more. The best one I could find that's close the Thermaltake is the XFX P1-550S-XXB9.
