Hey there! I’m brand new to pc gaming, I’ve been a Xbox gamer for all my gaming career. I’m looking to upgrade and have heard buying a used/prebuilt pc is better than buying one new from say like Best Buy. This is the listing :
Graphics card is worth $400 alone.

- MSI R9 380 4GB video card
- EVGA 750w G2 Gold power supply
- Toshiba 2TB HDD
- Mushkin Silverline 8GB PC3-10666 RAM
- ASRock FM2A88M Pro3+ Motherboard
- AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition CPU Quad Core FM2+ 3700Mhz
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Heatsink
- 3x E-Sport red LED fan
*i just would like expert/experienced opinions if this pc will be able to run the games I play at high and good quality, like Rainbow Six Siege and Red Dead. Mainly FPS. I do have a new monitor. Thank you for your time.

Solution
That's a good system for a beginner. One problem,
- Mushkin Silverline 8GB PC3-10666 RAM is 1333MHz memory while the x4 860K uses 2133MHz with no overclock. Using such a slow speed memory will cause poor performance.
You do need to set memory parameters in BIOS:
memory clock speed
dram timings
dram voltage
