Is this a good PC build for decent gaming and for doing other tasks?

Planning on building a new PC thats around $350-$500. I'm not that type of person with enough money for a super awesome pc. Found one on youtube and it's actually pretty good, well looks decent atleast. Is this good enough?

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (I think I might get a used i3 or i5 for this one)
MSI Radeon 7770 1GB GDDR5 (might also change this and get a used GTX 750)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
EVGA 430Watt 80+ Certified (tell me if this psu is good)
DIYPC Cuboid-R Black/Red USB 3.0

Tell me if this PC is good or not good, like tell me what I should improve on it, because I'm going to probably get it in a few days. I'm needing an upgrade from my current computer

you can find used r9 270's for the same price of used 750's
and the r9 270 will blow it away
i would get a 500b evga PSU instead
