[SOLVED] Is this a good PC Build for Productivity?

I'm building a PC for my brother and he mostly needs it for work. He'll be using Microsoft Excel a lot and different programs. I was wondering if this is the most cost efficient build I can get. His budget is around 400. Thanks for any replies!

Switch the i3 for a ryzen 5 2400g, it has a much better igpu for some heavier workloads. It’ll also benefit from the speedy ram.

I'd go for a larger SSD.
