Question Is this a good pc build that is compatible and will be functional

Im trying to build my first computer and these are the parts I have so far. Will mainly be used to be trading stocks and running different programs and applications associated with my stocks.

You're gonna need an SLI bridge if you wish to do SLI. How much are you paying for the 1070 Tis?

for the 1070 tis im getting 2 for $500 each. Also what is an SLI bridge and what would I need it for? and If i really do need it can you recommend me one
forgot to mention i have 8 screens attached so thats why im getting those video cards. Im pretty sure they will work perfectly for my build if you can comment on that
also how long do you think this whole computer can last me. Im trying to build it nicely to last a good amount of years
