I am building my first ever PC and my budget is roughly around $2300.00 (I live in Australia so the price ranges are different)

I would change the RAM to 2 x 4 gb's setup, because you can take advantage of the Dual Channel features. The single stick of RAM won't give you that performance difference.
I'd also consider the AMD R9 290x over the GTX 780, but that is just my preference.

Thanks :D All I am missing now is the Wi-Fi adapter with my motherboard, power surge protector and like anti-static bands and a screwdriver when I'm building it :D

Okay, ill look for 2 sticks of 4GB ram but I cannot change the graphics card or any parts to AMD; My current computer I bought because of the AMD graphics and it has f*cked me in the asshole... D:
 


That is quite alright to pick the parts that your the most comfortable with. The GTX 780 is a good card too, so your not missing out too much in performance there :)
