If you want an impressive motherboard, stick with the Formula motherboard.

I have an Asus ROG Z87 Maximus V Formula motherboard, and I love it. It has virtually every feature you could possibly want. From seven fan headers to an LED diagnostic readout, it has it. If you are anything like me, you will like it.

Yeah, pretty close to what I am building next week.

Definately bump the power to 750w, especially if you plan on Overclocking the cpu.

Make sure you need the features the formula provides, its more of a networking board. Also the 7 boards have just been released.

I also agree 1600 memory will be the bottle neck over the next year, bump up to higher if you can afford it. After long thought I went for 2400 because my last PC lasted me ten years and I'm looking to future proof my new build.
