Is this a good pc build as in can it run bf4, far cry4, gta v, crysis 3, etc. in maybe high or ultra while keeping a good fps and i will mainly be using it for gaming, programming, and editing photos and videos
Would you change, add, or remove anything thats still in my price budget ($1100)

You were over $1100 to start with. You must have had mail in rebates turned on. This is the closest I could get, without sacrificing the SSD. Z97 boards, that are not SLI capable, tend to not be very good boards. Added a better SSD, and PSU.
