So literally all day today I have been going back and forth and posting questions and looking at sales and such to get a good pc for a good price. I think i have finally hit that area of perfect. So the build that i plan on doing is below and at the end of that is the price. Please do consider the fact that i am going to try to oc the cpu to like 4.2Ghz if i can learn to overclock.

PARTS-

CPU- i5 4690k

GPU-EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SC 2GB

MOBO-ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 LGA 1150 ATX Intel Motherboard

RAM-Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB DDR3-1866 PC3-14900

CASE-Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case

PSU-EVGA 600B 600 Watt ATX Power Supply

OS-Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit English

Storage-WD Blue 1TB 7,200 RPM

CPU FAN-Deep Cool Ice Warrior Universal CPU Cooler

Case Fans-Corsair Air Series AF120 LED Blue Quiet Edition Case Fan

Im considering making a amd build with a 8350/8320 and putting in a better gpu but i think this is good. If you see a post from me with a different computer my apologies i'm just really trying to find a good pc to build.

Any help would be awesome! BTW the price im paying is $1100 USD W/TAX

I have a rig with the Z97 Extreme4 and an i7 4790K in it. Consider a SSD for the system drive, a Seasonic power supply and a closed-loop liquid CPU cooler (I prefer Corsair). You can currently get a bundled Z97 Extreme4 & 4790K for $359 (in store only) at Micro Center plus there's a $20 rebate on the mobo.

The reason i got what i did is because the cpu and the mobo is 300 but i will look into that and the psu

definitely stick with the 4690K over the 8350/8320. if you can't manage to afford a GTX 970 in your budget, consider an r9 290 or 290X instead of the 770. also, as stated, you'll want to make sure you have 2 x 4GB of RAM and not 1 x 8GB to allow dual channel for double the bandwidth. and the EVGA 600B isn't the best power supply, for overclocking you'll want something better like EVGA B2 or a trusted brand like Antec, XFX, or Seasonic.

I was going to get the r9 290x but they were out of stock and this was in stock for 269.99 so i figured it was my next best choice

hmmm let me check that case out
