get a 600+ watt psu from antec, seasonic, or xfx and you will be set! That CX unit is the low end corsair, and has very bad quality components in it. I recommend the Antec HCG 620w, its very good quality, and is semi-modular, and is almost the same price right now

As mentioned get a better psu. Get the 4790k it's the same price and faster. For the ram get 2x8gb sticks instead of 4x4Gb.

What these guys have said, and I'll add a few more. Need a better psu, 2x8GB RAM, 4790k, and the Asus Z97-E is $99 and is a better board. Sapphire is my favorite Radeon brand, but the XFX DD 290 is a better deal for $247

I think the Tri-x is a much better cooling option than double dissipation for a 290's heat output
