Is this a good pc build

I was just wondering if you could tell me if this is a good pc build. I know alot about computers but i kind of need your opinion on this build.

CPU: i5-4460
Motherboard: MSI B85M-P33
RAM: 8gb Kingston HyperX
VGA: AMD Radeon R9 270X Sapphire Tri-X OC 2GB DDR5

These are the main things i need to know about.As I said i know all about them but i need your opinion.

It isn't bad, but depending on budget, might be able to make it a bit better.

Well the problem is i live in Serbia and prices here are a little expesive than other countries so this here is like a 600$ Build.

The 270x is not a horrible card. It is very close to a GTX 950, performance wise. I was just unsure if maybe you could go with a less expensive board, to maybe get a bit better GPU.

Yea i can do that no problem i just dont know mush about motherboards.

I actually picked that one and its ok but do you have a suggestion for the GPU?

R9 280, or higher, GTX 960, or higher, and R9 380, or higher.
