Good day everyone, i have been looking around on the internet for a good few days as i was trying to assemble a new pc for myself. As a first time builder i am not that experienced so i wanted to ask you guy on advise for the build i have come up with so far.

With this pc i was trying to acieve something which can perform well in some gaming, i like to play some of the lighter titles like diablo and which has basic functionality for normal office work.

I have these parts so far:

Solution
Because you are making a new PC make sure you have an OS, Ignore superninjas build unless you have the extra money
I see because your getting a new monitor your real budget is around $600 which superninjas must have not seen
trade these parts

this would outperform the fx 8350 in most gaming situations and uses less power also doesn't require an aftermarket cooler.

Solution
I'd say a Core i5-4690 or similar can be had for close to the same price but are faster, use much less electricity, are easier to cool and generally just a plain better CPU for 99% of the market. There are bundles on Amazon and newegg which would help get this better CPU for less than buying it all ala-cart.
I've not super impressed with the 950. If you can stretch to the 960 (around $30 more) you'll be happy you did. If you play games like fallout 4 which use alot of textutures you'd be happier still if you could stretch to the 4gb of this card. But it is another $10 or so.

I'd suggest dropping the HDD for now and using that money to upgrade the graphics card a little and if needed to get the I5 over the FX.

gethis this build instead, your poweruspply is really broken too

I have rethought the pc building with this spec, i can manage to make free about 800 euros for the pc so that frees up a little more room to improve on gpu and motherboard I have come up with the following. Keeping in mind you guy's recommendation for an intel i5 instead of an AMD CPU, I also took into account superninja's comment on the power supply. What do you guys think of this?

That says you are going for a GTX 760 2GB. Is this correct? Bang for the buck, that is an expensive choice. Not what I would recommend.
