Yep it's all compatible. This is a good system but my opinion on this is to tone down the ram a bit and get a GTX 1070 instead. I personally don't see the point in having more than 16gb ram in a system unless you plan on running a sh!t load of virtual machines within it. Using 8gb ram sticks is far cheaper and also don't fall into the trap of buying higher frequency ram, it makes almost no difference (1 FPS) with DDR4 being clocked so high anyway where as buying a 1070 you'll probably get +25% framerate increase at least over a GTX 1060.

^ This is a good setup, When building a PC you should start with a high CPU and GPU since you can't add more in after (without completely replacing the part). With RAM and HDD you can just chuck more in when the money comes, I'd even be tempted to start with 8Gb ram and a 120gb ssd and get an i5 8600k. If you start with a GTX 1060 i feel like you'll be kicking yourself in a few years you didn't get the 1070. Especially with your budget!
