You're paying way too much for a CPU then for the GPU in this gaming build. Not good.
For a gaming build X99 is overkill. A good Z97 build would work fine, unless you have other plans for this 6-core CPU.
That power supply is not a good one either.
 
Good gaming build? you kidding? overkilling 5th gen i5 , overkilling, lamborghini of the motherboards Z97Xm insane 2400MHz clock huge amount of 16GB RAM,despicable W8.1 with a measly tiny little 65W TDP wimpy GTX 750...
 
Things You Should Change:

Like TheMentalist said, a Z97 build would work great for gaming. Also, that CPU is extremely overkill, I'd advise you to go with the i7 3770k. Downgrading the CPU and Motherboard will allow you to save roughly 250$ This will allow you to get a better power supply, the current one is just not enough. Go for a good name brand 850w 80+ Gold PSU, the main part to a gaming pc will be your graphics card. With this saved money, you will be able to get a Gtx 970.
