[SOLVED] Is this a good pre built for Rust, Fortnite, Gta V, Dead by Daylight, Etc.

Solution
This is not a very good bargain for the money. The CPU is 7 generations old. The GPU, good, but low-end.

Have you considered building your own system?

Dead by Daylight should be okay. GTAV will be tough. 16 GB of RAM helps a lot. I used to use the 1050 and it was adequate with the lowest settings. For gaming I think an SSD would be essential especially with GTA that has long load times even with one.

I used to run a similar configuration but had to upgrade to play one of my favorite games.

This would be a decent start, that will give you some upgrade headroom, later on. I do not recommend prebuilds, due to poor quality power supplies they tend to have, or poor quality control in general.

Maybe around $800 is my budget for the pc, because I still need the table, the keyboard, headset, etc. Can you maybe do around $800?

That gives some room for improvements. Keep in mind, this could easily change, with Ryzen 4th gen coming next week.
