Is this a good PC?

I was wondering if these parts I picked out would work well and any thing I can change to make it better without spending loads of money.
*BTW I Code with Eclipse and play small games like Minecraft(Modded) and Trove, And I use this PC for random other things*

UPDATE: Changed the; Motherboard(Upgraded it to Z97-A), Memory(Changed it to Corsair Vengeance) and Power Supply(Changed to Corsair CX430)

It is a fairly good PC. I would shop around for an it CPU on sale and maybe get at least a GTX 760 or higher GPU.

I have this specific Video Card because it has VGA for what I currently use with DVI and HDMI upgrade options.

I upgraded to the EVGA 02G-P4-2966-KR, is that a nice upgrade? I found my HDMI cable and am using it now for my current PC.

It is a really good GPU. It has excellent customer reviews too. The GTX 900 series is a large improvement over the previous 700 series.
