Solution
As mentioned the PSU isnt very good. Also why 850w? A good 650w unit would be fine. The motherboard doesn't support SLI so you dont need extra power for a 2nd 980ti later on. If you were thinking of adding a 2nd card later you'll need an SLI compatible motherboard and you'll want a higher quality 850w(or larger ) PSU.

Rwoody and bignastyid are correct. I suggest an EVGA GS or G2. They are very good. Fully modular, all of the cables are in black braided sleeves so they match almost any color scheme, and it comes with little Velcro coops that say "EVGA" on them and are to help with cable management. If those are too expensive, an EVGA B2 is not as good as a GD or G2, but better than a CX850m. I also suggest either a Noctua NH-D15 or Cryorig R1 Ultimate. They perform just as well as the GTX H100i, they are cheaper, and you don't have to worry about leaks.

I have the 650W G2 and it's a dream :) -------------------------------------------------------------- ↓↓↓↓

I did order the 650w GS but I got a G1 instead and by time I realized it was too late lol. But it still has all of the little doo dads, and it is nice. I am using the Velcro things to manage the cables under my desk (I am using zip ties for my PC because you aren't able to see the, because of the little channels for cable management, and it helps a lot.
