Hello guys, I am looking to buy a new PC as an upgrade from my laptop. I will be playing games such as Minecraft, LoL, COD:WoW, Black ops 3, CSGO, and left for dead 2. I will also be recording videos with an elgato to post them to YouTube. A friend showed me this PC he came across on eBay, here it is: https://www.ebay.com/itm/262397971547
Do you guys think this is a good PC? Do you think it'll be good for what I plan to do? I just would like to be able to record my favorite games at a HIGH FPS. Thank you in advance.
EDIT: If you make a PC rig for me to look at, please try to keep it in the range of the PC I sent.
EDIT 2: I do not need anything else but a monitor.
Thank you again lol!

At that price range, I don't think it makes a huge difference between pre-built and building yourself. However, building yourself lets you decide exactly what you want, whereas you might have to wait a while for a pre-built PC that has your desired specs to go on sale. I'm all in favor of Icaraeus' build actually; it will do exactly what you want. The only limiting factor may be the...
No, this isn't a great PC for gaming, mainly because it lacks a dedicated GPU. Using its integrated graphics, you might be able to play Minecraft and some LOL, but would likely not be able to do any 3D gaming whatsoever. That being said, it's a great processor (more than you need for gaming). Overall though, it doesn't strike me as a great deal because the H81M motherboard isn't great for gaming (can't overclock), the power source isn't very reputable, and simply buying all components individually wouldn't be much more than $500 anyway. Hope that helps!

Assuming you don't require an operating system.

500$ is a nice prediction of a budget. It does not have to be pre built it can be a part list. Is it better to have prebuilt or build yourself? Sorry I'm pretty new to the world of PC building.

The only limiting factor may be the GPU for Black Ops 3, but I imagine it would still play medium settings at 1080p fine. If it were me, I might swap the GPU out for a 750ti for the same price. They benchmark very similarly, but there just seem to be more games optimized for Nvidia. (I actually own an R9 280x and am very happy with it though). Either way works great.
