Hi I want to build the cheapest PC to be able to play those game t 120 fps in 1080p and stream :
  1. Overwatch
  2. Call of duty warzone
  3. Steep
  4. Fortnite
  5. Minecraft
  6. Roblox
  7. Rainbow six siege
  8. Mirror Edge
  9. Paladin
  10. Call of duty black ops 2
  11. Call of duty black ops 3
  12. Apex legends
  13. Burnout paradise
  14. Grand Theft auto 5
  15. Counter strike Global offensive
I attempt a build :

Most likely outside of streaming I want the 120 fps 1080p gaming but during the streaming I want an ok streaming quality like 60 fps 720p ?

So what are your suggestions to my current build and what should I change or can I save more money ?

Thanks for your time and your help !
Edit : added the motherboard in the pc parts

You don't, the stock cooler for the ryzen 7 is quite adequate, but do know, that a better cooler will allow the cpu to boost to higher speeds longer.
The ryzen 3600 on the other hand, it's cooler will do, but it is more on the weak side.

This is what I'd do:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($255.25 @ shopRBC)
CPU Cooler: Enermax ETS-N31-02 32.8 CFM CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B550-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard ($194.99 @ Mike's Computer Shop)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory ($93.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State...
Alright, the cpu is fine and the memory is fine as well. You could go for 16gb 3600 kit, but the 3200 is good enough. I'd skip the ds3h, it's not guaranteed to be compatible unless the seller has updated the bios or you request a bios update. I'd opt for a b450 max, it comes updated by default.
I'd swap out the 250gb 860 evo with a 500gb crucial p1, just don't fill it up past 70%, performance tanks after that.
The TXm is a fine psu, but 550w is a bit short and the TXm isn't really suited for a high end gpu, if you can swing it, I'd go with and RM650x.

Option for windows 10: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/get-windows-10-free-or-cheap,5717.html

Oh, if you're just aiming for 120fps at 1080p, a regular rtx 2070 or 2060 super will get that if you want to save some cash,

I edited the whole thing and it came out better and cheaper.

Although you can use a weaker system for you needs, the system i built is gonna last atleast 3-4 years without any flaws (unless you cause any). Also i dont know why you put a optical drive there, they are dead anyway.Anything that is on the CD can be found on the Internet.
Actually your over his price (CAD not US dollars) without the price of the motherboard or windows, some people still play blu-ray movies.

That M.2 drive is just a regular SATA SSD in M.2 form factor.

Since obs will be using NVENC, the cpu load will be minimal, so a 3600 will be fine, but as mentioned, the stock cooler is quite weak, so I opted for a cheap 3rd party cooler.

The rtx 2070 will get 15fps less then a 2070 super, which is about 130 fps on the 2070, imo, it's not worth the extra $150.
