Is this a Good Power Supply?

I was wondering if this was a good power supply for a replacement to my cheaper one that people are telling me that if I over load mine that it can ruin components in my PC.

Since I want to do some upgrades I was wondering if it would work well and be-able to run this

-Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600
-Western Digital Caviar Blue 320 GB
-Asus optical drive
-MSI Computer Corp. Mini ITX DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 mother board

So with that build I was wondering if it would be a good power supply without the risk of my system being wondering and if there is enough power for my system

It's actually a rather poorly built unit. There's many in it's price bracket that are of higher quality.
