is this a good pre built computer

I'm new to the worlds of the master race of computer gaming and would like to buy a pre-built computer to start with and just build onto it as i see fit and i looked around and i have 700$ to spend but would like to save a little so that i can buy stuff like games and the best one I've found for a good price would be this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMD-Quad-Core-Gaming-PC-Computer-4-2GHz-Custom-Built-Fast-New-Desktop-System-/261594507780?pt=Desktop_PCs&hash=item3ce83f6a04 and the main games i plan on playing is skyrim and minecraft on high settings so would this computer fit my needs and don't say build one yourself i know you can save money by doing that but i really don't feel like building one since i'm a newbie and don't know if i'd mess it up or not and don't have the patience to wait 2 hours to put it together and get it started up

it's not a good PC for Skyrim. the pc you chose doesn't have a good video card.
