Is This A Good Pre-Built PC?

Solution
It's a decent configuration and not too over-priced.

If you plan to overclock, you need to add a CPU cooler, if not you could consider a different and cheaper motherboard.
Do you plan to SLI in the future? If yes, you should get a more powerful PSU now, if not,you can consider a cheaper motherboard.
I would pay more for a higher quality power supply for that system.http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2489806/survey-mini-itx-builders.html
I would want a SSD fro OS and applications (Crucial MX100)

For gaming, the i5 is fine and only get the 4690k if you are going to overclock, otherwise go for the best GHz per $ CPU, you won't notice the difference.

If you do not overclock, then you can go with the stock cooler. You could consider a WiFi card too for extra flexibility, unless you have wired connections everywhere.

Here's your system priced as a 'roll your own'

I just found a new pre-built PC! Tell me if it is good for the deal or not! It's 1,300 dollars including tax! Tell me if it is worth it for the money please!
iBUILD™ Intel i7 Extreme Home/Office Custom PC,
Coolermaster Silencio 550 Case - *QUIET PC* Top 1x USB 3.0 1x USB 2.0 Audio & SD Card Reader,
ASUS Z97-K : 4x Rear USB3.0: 2x Rear USB2.0: 2x Front USB2.0,
Intel® Core™ i7 4790K Quad Core 4x 4GHz 8MB Cache (8 Threads) TurboBoost Upto 4.4GHz,
Corsair 750W CX750 Modular PSU,
Corsair H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - *QUIET PC*,
Samsung 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz,
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SATA 3 Solid State Drive 540MB/s read,
520MB/s write,
24x DVD RW Black SATA,
nVidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB,
Microsoft Windows® 8.1 64-bit,
Built-in audio,
3 Year Parts & Labour Return to Base Warranty Includes 3 Year Free Collect & Return (Fully Assembled & Tested),
PC Built,
Tested and ready for collection or dispatch in 1-3 working days

A very good deal, like the first build, but overbuilt. The liquid cooler is not really needed, or rather good air will work as well, cheaper, and quieter, but they don't offer any air cooling beyond the 212 EVO. The PSU should be upgraded, I would stay with the MX100 unless there is a price advantage with the 840 EVO, and the CPU and RAM are not needed for gaming.
