Is this a good prebuilt system for gaming on higher settings?

I'm thinking of just buying a prebuilt system from PC Case Gear in Australia because I have no idea on what I should be looking for to individually buy parts and my limited research shows this to be pretty good but do people who know more than me think it is? I only really want to play games on it and Fallout 4 is my benchmark game or The Witcher 3 I'm an RPG fan.

These are prebuilt in stock which may explain the older spec board & ddr3 ram.

As above with everything although in all fairness once you convert that price to USD or British pound it actually is very decently priced IMO.
If you're not prepared to build your own you could do a lot worse IMO - all the components are decent quality at worst & is doesn't really matter with the free win 10 upgrade.
Its a powerful gaming computer that will game very well at 1080p .

There are some odd choices though . The motherboard and RAM are a little out dated . Most motherboards for that processor use DDR4 memory and that might be important in a year or two if you want to add more . The case is very expensive , and windows 7 is bizarre
