Is this a good PSU for my gaming rig?

I got a Corsair RM 850 Watt 80+ Gold PSU for a discounted price due to store patronage and my rig is
-Intel i7 6700K @ 4.0Ghz
-Asus Z170-Deluxe
-16GB(2x8) DDR4 RAM @ 2400mhz
-JetStream GTX 980 Ti
-Corsair Graphite 760T
-DeepCool Assassin II Cpu Cooler (http://www.deepcool.com/product/gamerstorm/2015-02/6_1734.shtml)
-1TB West Digital HDD

No plans to overclock anything but I do plan to do some heavy gaming on this rig. Would my PSU handle this? According to the PSU tier list its a tier 2 PSU (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html)

Your PSU should easily handle your system, minimum recommended for GTX 980TI is a 600W PSU. Corsair RM850 is not the best in it's class but it is still a good solid PSU.

Yes, It can easily handle it even after Overclocking both CPU & GPU. A solid PSU.
