is this a good PSU for the gtx 760?

Solution

*XFX. I would stick to Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, and XFX when it comes to power supplies. You likely will not get any more long term reliablility by choosing a more expensive PSU, as the Corsair you have selected is of good quality. The only PSU that I would spend more on is something Modular, for the sake of cable management.

Yes, the brand is XFX, but Seasonic make the parts and then the PSU is branded by XFX. The CX is the budget series by Corsair and isn't the best if you're building a system with high-end parts in it. The components inside the PSU aren't on a par, quality-wise, with the XFX.

I can get the CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 600W for $49.99 after $20.00 rebate card, also it's BRONZE Certified

I think it's a good deal, right?

thanks for your reply ^^

I will not overclock anything, I ha i5 2500k with the gtx 750

I just upgrade the gpu, so I don't have a lot of money for the psu

It's a great deal! I would just prefer to spend the extra $10 on the XFX, as that's $59.99 after the $10 rebate. It has an extra 2 years warranty and is just generally a better PSU.
