It doesn't hurt either,the stock ones still tend to let things get hot when pushing the cpu for an extended period.

the thing is its kinda expensive especially corsair hx/ax and seasonic, im here in japan not all brands are here. they have some of these psu brand that i cant find any reviews online ''keian and scythe''

Have been looking at the case,with the 120mm in the back should the evo probably be fine,but if you want to be sure could you also go for the "Zalman CNPS10X OPTIMA",this one is about 153mm high.

It's not about performance,just about height.I've read a bit more (do that yourself too) and most say it (the evo) will fit fine.
With a cpu that cannot be overclocked will both options do fine.
