Is this a good PSU

I put this here since I didn't see a PSU section.
I was looking at PSUs for my bros rig and I came across this one "Corsair CS650M Modular 80 Plus Gold Power Supply" but it seems really cheap. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=26264 So I'm wondering if it's crap or not.

It's OK, but Corsair cheaped out on the caps a bit, so it might fail early.

You call $140 cheap? It's decent but it's massively overpriced. A good 650w PSU only needs to be $60-80.
On Newegg that same PSU is only $100.

well since xfx isnt avaliable and seasonic expensive this would be my option http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_535&products_id=25942 . also what is the rig is going for? do you really need 650w? actually this antec is the new TP-650C which is seasonic made but not modular.

I think a modular one would be better for case air flow n stuff

cs is not crap its good but the particular antec is better in terms of quality. if you really want a modular and want to invest more money i would take seasonic g series at 159 aus dollars.!
