It will, but for how long? I have no idea. It's nominally a 400w unit, but it's made for a Pentium 4 type system. Most modern system draw more from the 12v rails and your 12v rail is only 160ish watts at best. 60-70 of those are going to the 750ti. That leaves 80-90 for EVERYTHING else on the motherboard.

I wouldn't use it.

Well, good for what? Running a low wattage processor with integrated graphics? Maybe. Running a mid to high end processor with integrated graphics? I wouldn't trust it one bit. The 12v rail is rated for 14A @ 12v = 168w. It also puts almost 50A of power through the 5v rails which is absolutely unnecessary for any modern computer.

Try a different one. Something made in the last 5 years. That's junk.
