What budget are you working with?

If it's around $600, here's what I'd suggest.

Not a fan of this build, especially for BF4. BF4 multiplayer either requires a strong CPU or an AMD GPU for Mantle support. You can get the AMD Equivalent of the 750 Ti for about 30 bucks cheaper, which I think is the R260x.

Most people that had issues running BF4 either had crappy CPUs or weren't running Windows 8 from my experience. Mantle eliminates the need to have a CPU that is the equivalent of your GPU from what I understand.

If the budget allows a little more, I would make a couple of upgrades for the CPU or GPU. Everything else looks fairly solid other than missing a solid state drive.

So what you've got is a computer that would for the most part be-able to play it on about medium with a struggle for it to remain above 60 fps. The only change I could really recommend is for the CPU and GPU. For 10 $ more you can get an fx 6300 (6-core) which will be a large improvement as BF can utilize those extra threads.
The GPU could be upped to increase graphics and fps. Right now the one you have will allow you to run it at a decent level. The only card I would recommend getting is like maybe a r9 270x which would bump up your performance significantly and depending on where you buy. It will get you 2 games like Sleeping Dogs, Hitman or Tomb Raider rather than the 750 ti which would get you 150$ but only in games like Path of Exile or Warface.

I would say yes if it does not strain you budget that is a good build. You will have more than enough memory and your gpu will allow you to select from a broad range of titles. Everything else is standard and looks good.
