Looking to see what the community thinks.
I am trying to build a gaming rig that could do most modern games on high or ultra settings for 1250 or under. This is what I have so far. Is it good or can it be improved?

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte - Z370P D3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston - FURY 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Kingston - A400 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB Black Video Card
Case: Sentey - Blade ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

NOTE!. I already own that case. It is just there as a reference.

Thanks for looking.

Solution
CPU is not made anymore, intel has canned it after a year.
So best you either go AMD or 9th series Intel (Ryzen is better imo)

Memory seems slow if you are using Intel as well but really slow if you went to AMD has to be 3200
other stuff looks ok

CPU: Intel - Core i5-9600K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte - Z390 UD ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston - FURY 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB Black Video Card
Case: Sentey - Blade ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Is this better? 1. No I don't need 3200 ram. Higher speed is a myth when it comes to gaming.
No I am not going with AMD.
