is this a good router and modem combo?

i am looking at getting this router

are they both good or would anyone be able to recommend a better DSL modem? (going on the reveiws and stuff online the asus N66U is decent router i am more concerned about the modem)

Modem is weak , needs to be better than that one.

can you suggest one? amazon has issues giving me an actual modem that is not also a router
