I'm planning on primarily using it to game, record, upload, and all that stuff..
Just wanted to see if this set up is good for what I'm looking for..
Hmm..Not sure how to fix the links lol! Sorry! :|

Solution
No on the motherboard. Get a Z68 MB or you won't be able to overclock the CPU.
No on the power supply. Check the daily deals on newegg.com today and there are 2 good PSU available with rebates. The modular OCZ might look tempting but the Antec is a better bang for the buck if you ever want to get more video cards. More efficient as well. Just say NO to Apevia!
You don't really need a 2GB vram video card unless you have a very large monitor or are running multiple monitors. You might save a few $$ there using a 1GB card.
I was going to recommend a larger monitor until I saw the one you picked does 1920X1080 so if 21.5" is Ok with you....
I have an Antec 300 case and a 750W not modular PSU. Don't worry about the extra power cables...

Scratch that Arctic cooling HSF and get a COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065
BTW, add $100 for Windows Home Premium 64 bit OEM, or more if you want a higher version of Windows. Home P is fine

Thanks, for the psu should i get a 650w or does it need to be higher? I was thinking of getting a smaller monitor lol. but yeah, I'll definitely change some things around. :] Thanks a lot!

I would suggest a Seasonic, Corsair, or Antec brand PSU. The more efficiency you can afford the better -- it will be cooler, etc.
