Pretty good build, you should have no problems playing the games you listed. I would make a few suggestions though
- change your mobo to a four ram slot model from the two slot model
- change your RAM from 1x8GB to 2x4GB so that the RAM will work in dual channel mode, slightly faster. But more importantly go from 2133MHz to 2400MHz, you want to max out your RAM speed with a B250 mobo.
- bump up your GPU from the GTX 1050 to the GTX 1050 Ti, it is worth the cost and will improve performance
