Is this a good setup for a future gaming PC?

I am going to build a gaming computer and I think this is the final setup I want. Please don't suggest anything for the case because it is what I specifically want.

The 8350 is the over clocked version of the 8320 (40 dollars less)

You can always O.C the 8320 and out perform the 8350 (at stock clocks).
