Is this a good setup?

The games I will be playing are Day-Z and Minecraft, I want to play them on high and I want them to be smooth. I will also be doing the usual internet browsering like Facebook, YouTube, etc. I won't be doing any video editing or anything like that. I will do a lot of multi-tasking though. Will this run all of these well?:

CPU - AMD FX 8320 Black Edition
Operating System - Windows 7 Home Premium
Motherboard - Asus M5A97 R2.0
Ram - 8GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x4GB)
Hard Drive - 1TB
Optical Drive - 22x DVD+RW
Graphics Card - Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB
Sound Card - Onboard 7.1 Audio
Case - Zalman Z9 Plus
PSU - 450W Corsair VS

everything looks good, though why only a 450W psu, sure till run everything just fine, but its the cheapest thing to futureproof besides a case lol.but other then that you shouldnt have a problem at all
