The CX600 is still a low tier power supply and shouldn't overall shouldn't probably be used with a gaming system overall. The RM 650w is better.

Solution

Both the cx and rm series are unreliable. I recommend evga gs series, better quality psu's. People assume because it's Corsair that it's a quality product.
