stock cooler is enough for locked CPU
coffee lake I5-8400 is better
32 gb is overkill for normal usage, 16 gb is enough
psu is overkill, any 450+ good quality is good enough.
What is your total budget? what monitor do you have? Major usage? Living in?

Hey Thank you for your reply. Around 1500$-1800$ is my budget. I have Monitor – BenQ XL2430T already. Major usage league of legends - but I also want to play these other non esports games that require more gpu. I also didnt understand your first comment "stock cooler is enough for locked CPU
" isnt the cooler good enough. I dont want to use liquid anyways thought this might be better.

7600 comes with stock cooler, no need for 3rd party cooler.

Thank you for your quick replies guys. But I wanted to use most parts from asus. Like the Asus Strix gtx 1060-10xx gpu and a asus motherboard so i have a solid ground for future improvements. Is the motherboard maximus hero IX not good ?! Also I already have windows 10 and a flash storage of 500 gb samsung pro. :) But anyway thank you so much for your suggestions . Some of the parts u suggested are not even available in Croatia where I live .
