Is this a good streaming PC?

i play xbox alot and i want to stream but my current laptop is trash and i was wondering if this would be nice and clear for streaming video games. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

You need to put the correct link. It seems as though you have put the normal part list link and not your permalink. To get your permalink, you go to "saved parts list" at the top of the screen --> Click on your build title and the permalink should be on that next page at the top of the page. Could you please give that link instead? Thanks.

that is the same PC as mine but i got 700W to be able to upgrade and you have 4GB more ram and a MSI i got EVGA

so yes with that PC you sould be able to play most games (blackops3 30-60FPS[high]) (csgo 90fps+ [high]) (GTA5 60fps[high]) <---- what i get from playing and streaming at same time so you should do it if you want

(and yes the stream is in HD 1080P 60 FPS)
