Is this a good surge protector?

Hi all I'm kind of stuck as to which surge protector to get for my build and the only thing I know about surge protector is that APC has the best ones....I don't know how true that is but that's what I heard...so which one is good out of these 2?

i would go with the belkin , they make some of the best surge protectors and UPS in the buisness
