Is this a good temp for my CPU?

I overclocked my AMD fx-6300 3.5GHz to 3.8GHz with stock cooler. I am getting 61-62°C under load (sorry) and was wondering if that is a good temperature or should I try and lower it? Thank you.

Is that under load? If it is then its fine.

It should be at 45C max at idle and 65C max while gaming.
