is this a good thermal margin temp

I have a FX 8350 just overclocked it to 4.4GHZ and I have a 212 evo. Im wondering what my idle and load thermal margin should be using AMD overdrive.

4C off the throttling margin is quite close.

So I can't go above 4.4GHZ unless I have better cooling? Maybe my voltage is too high?

Yeah I wouldn't go any higher with the 212 EVO. If you want to go higher, you need a better cooler.
