[SOLVED] is this a "good" time machine backup?

hello. i have a client with a dead HDD, but he also used an apple router to use time machine. i've screenshotted this data i saved onto a PC. is this legitimate time machine data or is it unusable? i tried, but was unable to use this data as i reinstalled a fresh OS onto his A1312. i am also very limited on my mac knowledge, so i'm hoping someone can tell me if this data is recoverable, so he can get his valued pics off of it. THANKS!!

That doesn't look like TM. Unless someone tried to break it up, in that case, no go. I highly recommend Carbon Copy Cloner over TM.

Highly recommend not ever using network connected storage as back up. Had a cloud guy once tell me, always use the wire for back ups.
