Is this a good upgrade?

I'm going to upgrade my GPU and CPU (and therefore mobo), and these are the parts I've tentatively selected.

CPU: AMD FX-Series FX-6350 Processor - 3.9/4.2 GHz, 6MB L2 Cache, 8MB L3 Cache, Socket AM3+, 125W, 32nm SOI - FD6350FRHKBOX

GPU: MSI Radeon HD 7770 R7770-PMD1GD5 Video Card - 1GB, GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0(x16), 1x Dual-link DVI-I, 1x DisplayPort, 1x HDMI, DirectX 11, MSI Afterburner

Mobo: Biostar A960G+AM3+AMD 760G Motherboard - MicroATX, Socket AM3+, DDR3 1866 MHz (OC), SATA II (3Gb/s), RAID, 6-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0 (A960G+)

I basically just game with my PC, although I'm usually a couple years behind when it comes to titles. This upgrade will cost me $358CDN tax incl.

Is this a decent setup? I am a little over budget already, but MIGHT be able to squeeze a little more if there was a decent benefit.

Solution
No need for the fx 6350 as it is just an overclocked version of the fx 6300. Rather put that extra money into a better gpu and motherboard as that 760g chipset doesn't have proper support for the fx chips

Something like this would be better

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 1GB Video Card

Total: $299.96

The motherboard and graphics are a much better improvement and the 650ti boost should work fine with your psu
If possible, could you give the name and model of your psu?

Here's my PSU (dunno why I thought it was bronze): Ultra LSP Series V2 450-Watt Power Supply - ATX,4x SATA, PCI-E, 20/24-PIN,Thermal Controlled, 135mm Fan, Single +12V Rail, Short Circuit, Over-Voltage and Thermal Protection, 3-Year Warranty

Also, what about this build? (forgot I need new RAM):

CPU: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8140617&sku=A79-7500

Mobo: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4953871&sku=M452-5535

GPU: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5190095&sku=G452-0656

RAM: 2X http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicat...ls.asp?EdpNo=1890827&sku=YYD2-BS2G3D1609DS1S0

I think that the CPU might be a bit outdated, but it seems powerful, and got a good review here. The bargain price will allow me to get a decent GPU and the new RAM I'll need.

Also, it's not a pre-built. It was originally built about 12 years ago as an AMD Duron 850 (everything's on its 2nd or 3rd upgrade except the case, which is big, and the 3.5" drive, which I've never bothered to remove)

to get a decent GPU and the new RAM I'll need.
