Is this a good used 7970?

It is fairly cheap at 141 dollar plus free shipping. My concern is that there is no box and he said the stickers fell off. It is nice that it is around 20 dollars or so cheaper than the rest. Just wondering before I purchase a new GPU.

Eh. I got a 7950 for $100 flat almost a year ago. I honestly don't see this as an amazing deal.

I would look at the R9 280x on ebay, it's the exact same card but I see ones now that are from trust worthy sellers and come with original box etc... You might have to pay an extra $10-20 but you might end up with a better quality card.
