Is this a good Voltage for FX8350?

Hello, yesterday i moved form a Phenom ii x4 945 to a Black edition 8 core FX8350.

Have seen on tons of posts that the normal voltage for this CPU is about 1.375, while mine is at 0.936V

Please help me out since i have 0 knowledge about CPU`S.

Another issue that ive found is that the stock fan that came with the FX, is really loud and my pc shuts down while gaming.

Yeah thats not good, sounds like the processor is overheating and way underpowered. What is your PSU and motherboard?

My psu is a Sentey Extreme Rock Power 650W and my motherboard is a MSI G970 Gaming

We need to know what motherboard and bios revision you have.
A CPU-Z screenshot of the motherboard tab will work.
Also .0936v @1.4ghz is normal. but in the bios it should be 4.0ghz and arround 1.375v.
You may need a bios update for your motherboard to properly recognize the new CPU.

No BIOS update is needed on that board , nothing abnormal here.

Also your Sentey power supply is made by different manufacturers.
Is it a PS,PM or SM model.

Does this voltage affect the performance at all? Becouse i want it with full performance without any overclocking.

Just checked the PSU box and it says "Model: ERP650-SS 650W"

Power supply is a very good Super Flower unit.
Bios is up to date.
Are you running SLI/Crossfire?
Your PCI-e is at 8x instead of 16x?
Or do you have a sound card, wifi card etc... in the 2nd PCI-E slot?

The noisy fan is caused from the processor running hot.
Do you have good case ventilation? At least 1 120mm intake and 1 120mm exhaust fans?
You can check your min/max temps with CPUID hardware monitor.

Cool n quiet drops the CPU speed and Voltage when the computer is not doing anything demanding.
It reduces Temperatures and electricity consumption.

This is my case. Its a Cooler Master k380 with 3 case fans, i assume its well ventilated.
No, im not running any Sli or crossfire and my GTX960 is placed at the top PCI-E Slot, the other one is empty.
I really apreciate your help!

UDATE: Now my FPS in games droped drastically. I now have 40 fps in lol and about 30 in CSGO, while yesterday i had about 200+ in each game.
Please help this is driving me crazy!

Remove and reseat the graphics card. You may have bumped it out of place while installing the CPU. It should read as 16x in CPU-Z motherboard tab.

I cant inderstand this. i played on 150+ fps on my radeon hd7850 and with this setupo i can only reach 40 FPS.

Reinstalled GPU , still nothing, drivers are upadted and fans dont spin while gaming.

It has something to do with the CPU Voltage? Its exreamely weird becouse yesterday i reached like 400 fps on leage :/

Just noticed that the GPU is in a x8 v1.1 PCI.e Slot. May that be the problem?
