Well, I wouldn't get any of those parts. The processor you picked is over a year old, and the video card is much too slow. The power supply is also very very expensive.

I also know pretty much nothing about watercooling, but its not something I would recommend for a beginner anyway.

Also if your after water-cooling advice, then drop into the water-cooling forum. This board is primarily for those looking for whole system advice, not more particular stuff like that.
Though it seems like you'v made good choices with the W/C components. The rad is good and the fans you picked are quite popular for radiators.
If its your first time watercooling, consider getting a kit like an XSPC Raystorm RX360, much simpler.
