is this a good working setup?

So I am getting parts for my computer to play games on higher graphics and more FPS
Setup I am looking for :
GRAPHICS CARD : 8192MB ATI Radeon RX 580 Series (Gigabyte)
PROCCESOR: R5 1600
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 VEGEANCE
MOTHERBOARD :B350 PLUS
PSU :CX 750
STORAGE :+ 1 TB OF HARDDRIVE Maybe an SSD
Please help me if this setup will work good.

Looks good. Should give you pretty good performance across most games. Just change the PSU to a better one. That is a very mediocre unit. Go for the the Corsair CXM series or Seasonic S12II/M12II, if you are on a budget. Anything above 450w should work fine for that setup.

Also I'm playing on 1920x1080 should give enough fps to run on ultra settings in games or only like high?

That varies from game to game, but for most games you should be able to achieve ultra settings on 1080p, specially DX12 titles.
