Question Is this a GPU or monitor issue?

Everything looks like a blurry pixelated mess on my 24 inch 1080p monitor. I can literally see individual pixels on pictures, games and videos.

I've reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows, reseated monitor cables, checked the resolution and DPI settings, nothing solves this issue. Is this how 1080p is supposed to look like on a 24 inch screen?

Did you try with another monitor / TV?

Such low resolution seems to be a wrong setting on the GPU (mostly).

Agreed try on another display. Is it possible you didn’t install the gpu drivers?
