Hey, regarding the CPU, I want my computer to stay "updated" and able to play new games perfectly in the following couple years.. Is it worth paying 100€ more for a Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor?

Maybe, but who knows it depends on the game (how many threads can be used).

OP, it depends whether you want hyperthreading or not. You don't really need it for gaming so you are fine with an i5.
